All of our chicken is from one farm in Shropshire, farm-to-fork within 48 hours. It’s then coated in buttermilk and tossed in our secret recipe crumb. We pressure fry the chicken, to hold in the moisture, whilst keeping a crispy crumb coating.
Our menu celebrates the whole bird, from individual cuts with home made sauces, to epic burgers and tasty, inventive dishes. Scoff it all yourself or share with pals!
