All of our chicken is from one farm in Shropshire. It is farm-to-fork within 48 hours, including a 12 hour brine. It’s then coated in buttermilk and tossed in our secret recipe crumb. We pressure fry the chicken, to hold in the moisture, whilst keeping a crispy crumb coating.
Our menu celebrates the whole bird, from individual cuts with home made sauces, to epic burgers and quirky large plates. Keep it to yourself or share around with some of our mouthwatering sides.
