We’ve taken the best-known tipple of Ireland and created a tantalisingly sticky sweet sauce. That’s right, our famous wings just got a brand-new glaze.

It wouldn’t be very Yard & Coop unless we smothered our chicken in something sexy, so find our double cooked and rubbed wings drenched in this lucky sweet treat and garnished with coriander, sesame seeds and diced orange pepper – it’s a little bit us.
